An attorney by trade, Ray is a professor at the University of Texas at San Antonio where he teaches law, ethics and real estate.  He is also a graduate of the Executive MBA at UTSA with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Transformation, a program built around the core principles and theory of LeaderWork programming.  Within LeaderWork, Ray is responsible for business operations, legal contracting, program design, and facilitation support.
