Gary brings a wide breadth of experience representing over forty years in private business and government service to LeaderWork.  A retired colonel, he spent 25 years as a mental health provider, aviation psychology consultant, management consultant, and senior leader of programs in the Air Force.  He also served as a senior officer responsible for all employee operations for a nationwide medical services company while simultaneously assuming an academic role in the EMBA program at the University of Texas at San Antonio.  He has co-authored, with Dr. Lengel, scientific articles documenting the transdisciplinary theory underlying LeaderWork programming.  His background makes him an effective coach, facilitator and content expert in organization life dynamics.
